2.Neurologique : ubu bwoko bwo bwerekeye ku itumanaho ribera hagati y’ubwonko n’ibindi bice by’umubiri. Iri tumanaho rero iyo ryangijwe n’ikibazo giterwa na diyabete kitwa (neuropathie diabétique), bishobora gutuma igitsina cy’umugabo urwaye diyabete kidakora.

Izindi mpamvu ngo na zo zishobora gutuma iki kibazo kibaho ndetse atari no ku barwayi ba diyabete gusa, ahubwo muri rusange:

- Hari ugukoresha imiti imwe n’imwe ifasha umutima gutera neza ku rugero nk’iyo mu bwoko bwa bêtabloquants cyangwa antihypertenseurs mu rurimi rw’igifaransa.

-Kunywa inzoga , itabi byose bigira ingaruka mbi ku myanya myibarukiro y’umugabo.

Prof. Vexiau we ashyira imiti mu nzego enye kandi akanavuga ko imiti ikoreshwa ku bantu barwaye diyabete ari na yo ikoreshwa ku bantu bafite ikibazo cyo kutagira ubushake bwo gukora imibonano mpuzabitsina.

1-Hari imiti inyuzwa mu kanwa : iyi miti ituma amaraso agera mu mubiri hose bigafasha gukora kw’igitsina ndetse umwanya munini.

2-ikindi ni uburyo bw’imyitwarire : ubu buryo ntibukwiye kwirengagizwa kuko bushobora kugira icyo bukemura nk’uko bikomeza bisobanurwa na Prof. Vexiau aho agira ati : « Ikibazo cyo kutabasha gutera akabariro kirakomeye kuko kigera ku bwonko kandi ari bwo usanga bugena imyitwarire y’umuntu. Iyo umuntu agumye muri ubwo burwayi rero bituma ubwe nta cyizere yigirira, bivuga ko atitaweho kudakora kw’igitsina bishobora kuba intandaro yo gutandukana kw’abashakanye (ikibazo gikomeye cyane).

3-Imiti inyuzwa mu nshinge : iyi miti yinjira mu mitsi y’umuntu igatuma amaraso na yo abasha kunyuramo neza ari byo biza gutuma igice cy’igitsina kigeramo amaraso ahagije kigakora nk’uko bikwiye. Ubu buryo rero ni umurwayi akenshi ubwihitiramo.
